Hi y’all! My name is Anna Fanning. I’m originally from Huntsville, AL but I’m currently based in Hattiesburg, MS pursuing my MFA in Theatre Performance at the University of Southern Mississippi. I graduated with my BA in English with a minor in Theatre in 2021 from the University of Alabama. I’m an actor, singer, mover, escape room enthusiast, cat mother, and houseplant lover. I’m hoping to expand my stage and film performance career after graduation, but I also have an interest in higher education and voiceover acting! I have taught several classes as a Graduate Assistant at USM including Fundamentals of Acting, Acting for Non-Majors, and Theatre Appreciation. I’ve loved theatre and performance for as long as I can remember, and I have loved the experience of pursing my MFA. I’m currently in my final year of the three year program and will be graduating in May of 2025. I will be performing my final thesis project as Elinor in Kate Hamill’s adaptation of Sense and Sensibility in April of 2025.
